First Cybercab with Starlink. Tesla leads loyalty.
Tesla showed the first Cybercab with factory-integrated Starlink. Elon said passengers will stream 4K sports, movies, games, or work from the car. Tesla ranked number one in U.S. automotive loyalty. Grok Imagine continues to be positioned as a full creative tool.

ACROSS THE EMPIRE
|
First Cybercab with Starlink built in
Tesla Robotaxi posted the first Cybercab with factory-integrated Starlink. Photos show a gold unit at Giga Texas with a low-profile antenna integrated into the roof/rear rather than a bolt-on dish.
Elon replied: “You will be able to watch live sports in 4k or movies or games or productivity!”
Why this matters: Earlier diagrams and prototypes showed the idea. This is the first physical production-intent vehicle with the antenna built into the body. Connectivity for navigation, fleet management, customer service, and passenger entertainment moves from concept to hardware.

|
Tesla #1 in U.S. automotive loyalty
A ranking of U.S. automotive loyalty rates put Tesla first, ahead of Ferrari, Toyota, Subaru, Honda, and the rest of the list. Elon simply amplified it with the word “Tesla.”
Loyalty is the rate at which owners buy the same brand again. Leading both luxury and volume names is a quiet but durable signal.
Why this matters: High loyalty reduces the cost of keeping customers and compounds over successive vehicle cycles. It is one of the cleaner public measures of product satisfaction at scale.

|
Grok Imagine as a working tool
Examples continued to circulate of Grok Imagine 2.0 handling surgical region edits, multi-reference compositing, readable text, background removal, and precise creative control. Elon amplified both the tool and specific wins against other models.
The framing is no longer “image generator.” It is a practical creative surface.
Why this matters: Tools that stay inside one workflow and produce controllable results get used. The volume of real examples is the best public evidence of that shift.

|
Tesla asks for FSD stories
Tesla posted an open call: if FSD Supervised has changed your life for the better, share the story—yours or a friend or family member’s—by replying.
The company is collecting qualitative evidence alongside the quantitative streaks and fleet data.
Why this matters: Product stories that feel personal travel farther than statistics alone. Tesla is deliberately gathering them in public.
|
|
Vegas Loop and infrastructure partners
The Boring Company thanked CISA for partnership work focused on safety, security, and resilience for the Vegas Loop. The meeting covered transportation infrastructure risks and joint protection of the system.
Why this matters: Operating loops in dense public environments requires coordination with security and infrastructure agencies. Visible partnership is part of making the system durable.

THE MAIN EVENT

HARDWARE MEETS NETWORK
A robotaxi with Starlink built in, and a brand that keeps its owners.
The first Cybercab with factory-integrated Starlink is now public. The antenna sits low and clean in the roof/rear of a gold unit photographed at Giga Texas. Elon’s immediate comment was not about maps or fleet telemetry. It was about the passenger experience: live 4K sports, movies, games, or productive work while the car drives.
That hardware lands one day after the broader claim that every car will eventually carry Starlink. The Cybercab is the first concrete production expression of the idea.
Separately, Tesla sits at the top of a U.S. automotive loyalty ranking, ahead of both Ferrari and the major volume brands. Owners keep coming back. That is the quiet metric that compounds.
Grok Imagine continues to pick up examples of precise, controllable creative work. The conversation has shifted from “can it generate an image” to “can it edit, composite, and render text cleanly enough to use every day.”
My take: The robotaxi is no longer just a steering-wheel-free car. It is becoming a connected entertainment and work space that also drives. The loyalty number says people already like living with the current products enough to stay.

THE TROLL REPORT
|
🧌 “Why does a robotaxi need satellite internet in a city?”
Coverage gaps exist even in dense areas. Fleet management, navigation redundancy, customer service, and high-bandwidth passenger experiences all benefit from a connection that does not depend solely on local cellular. The car still drives on its own computer.
|
|
🧌 “Loyalty rankings are soft.”
They measure whether owners buy the same brand again. Leading both Ferrari and the volume brands is a concrete outcome, not a marketing claim.
